How to book a Ticket?

Step 1.) Login on ctuonline.chd.gov.in portal to book the ticket, Select Your Source, Destination, Type of Service / Bus & Date of Journey then Click on "Search".
or
You can click on "Book Ticket" link on home page.

Step 2.) After click on "Search", you will get list of Service(s). Click on "Book Now" button from the given list
(You can also change Source, destination, type of service & journey date) screen.

Step 3.) Enter your mobile number and captcha then click on "Submit" Button, after that you will get the OTP for e-Verification.

Step 4.) Enter OTP received on your mobile no and click on "Verify" Button.

Step 5.) After successfull e-Verification, You will be redirected to the Traveller's Dashboard, by two ways you can search the bus service, either you can select the "Book Ticket" option from Left Menu or search the service from "Book Ticket" section on the dashboard.

Step 6.) From the List of Service(s), click on "Book Now" Button of Suitable Service from the List.

Step 7.) Select the seat(s) from the Bus Layout (as per the Image) and Enter the Details(Name, Gender, Age and Concession) of the Traveller(s), Accept the Terms and Conditions and Click on "Pay And Proceed" Button.

Step 8.) Details of the Ticket will be shown, If the Details are correct, Please Click on "Confirm and Proceed to Pay" Button for Payment.

Step 9.) Please select payment option, Proceed as per instructions of Payment gateway and make payment.

Step 10.) After successful payment, Ticket will be generated and can be printed.

How to cancel a ticket?

Step 1.) Login with your Mobile Number.

Step 2.) Go to "Cancel Ticket" on Left Menu of Dashboard, Select the Ticket, which you want to Cancel from the list of Ticket(s) Available for Cancellation.

Step 3.) After that detail of Your Ticket will appear, You can select one or more seat(s) for cancellation, after selecting the seat(s), Click on "Cancel Ticket" button.

Step 4.) Confirmation Screen will appear, If you are sure for cancellation then click on "Yes" otherwise click on "No".

Step 5.) After confirmation, Ticket will be cancelled, a Cancellation Voucher will get generated.
Your refund amount will be credited in your Account as per the Cancellation Policy of CTU.

Step 6.) You may print the Cancellation Voucher.

How to enable pop up for printing ticket?

For Microsoft Internet Explorer Users:.
Step 1.) From the browser's Tools menu select "Internet Options".
Step 2.) Select the Privacy tab.
Step 3.) Turn off pop up blocker and Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.

For Mozilla Firefox Users
Step 1.) Open the option preferences.
Step 2.) Select the Content tab.
Step 3.) Unblock pop up window and Click OK to close the Options dialog box.
